As a testament to our commitment, we are proud to be a partner in the Environmental Protection Agency's WaterSense program, which promotes water-efficiency for individuals and companies. Key to the program are products that help you save water and don't require a change in lifestyle. Below you will find a few of Hansgrohe's green products that meet this challenge: watersavings plus performance for an overall higher quality of life.

EcoAIR: Up to 36% Water Savings

Hansgrohe’s Croma Green handshowers and showerheads provide the full, drenching coverage of a conventional high-end product, but at a water-saving flow rate of only 1.6 – 1.75 GPM. These environmentally friendly showers feature Hansgrohe’s award-winning and innovative EcoAIR technology for enhanced “low flow” performance. Plus, we offer a variety of styles (E for transitional style, C for traditional design), several finish options, as well as models with invigorating multiple spray modes. Best of all, these products are available at a price that meets any budget, even with the high-end technology and characteristic Hansgrohe quality.

Electronic & Metered Faucets: 40% – 77% Water Savings

Hansgrohe has a selection of electronic faucets ranging in styles and finishes to meet the growing commercial and residential demands for this type of product. Extremely eco-friendly and reliable, electronic faucets save users 1 GPM, while metered faucets save a whopping 2 GPM. In addition to being “low flow” faucets, the “green” benefit of an electronic/metered faucet is that it automatically shuts itself off to further prevent wasting valuable water. Plus, with Hansgrohe’s leading competence in creating design-oriented products, the company’s electronic faucets are also stylish and feature sapphire glass over the sensors to ensure a lifetime of reliable performance.

Raindance AIR Bodyspray: 50% Water Savings

Adding a touch of luxury to a green shower is possible with Raindance AIR bodysprays. The bodyspray features EcoAIR technology, which provides excellent volume (feel of 2 GPM) while only using 1 GPM. Compared to the average 2-2.5 GPM of most bodysprays, your water savings are 50% or more. Plus, its functionality makes it even more appealing. Unlike most bodysprays that operate on a rotating ball-joint, this bodyspray mounts flush to the wall and features a rotating spray face with slanted spray channels, so all users have to do is rotate the spray face to change the direction of the water.

Faucet Aerators: 10% to 32% Water Savings

Hansgrohe’s Waterdimmer aerators ensure constant water use at 2.2 GPM, meeting all national conservation codes. The Waterdimmer is available standard on all Hansgrohe bathroom faucets. In addition, Hansgrohe offers optional low-flow aerators* that can be installed on any Hansgrohe faucet. These aerators reduce the standard flow of 2.2 GPM to 2 GPM or 1.5 GPM, depending on the one you choose. Installing the new aerator enables you to save 10% or 32%, respectively.

Pontos: Recycling Grey Water System for Double Use

Compact water recycling systems are now available for commercial or residential applications with Hansgrohe’s Pontos AquaCycle*. The product range includes systems with a reprocessing capacity of between 237 to 3,300 gallons of water per day, giving AquaCycle systems the adaptability to work in projects ranging from apartment complexes to hotels. The roughly cabinet-sized basic model cleans domestic shower and bath water naturally using an organic, non-threatening biological technique. The hygienically clean water, or gray water, can then be used to do the laundry, water the garden, clean the house and flush the toilet.
