More than 400 international awards
Design quality is part of the award-winning DNA of the mixer and shower manufacturer from Schiltach. That is great news for you too, since the awards, which are conferred by independent judging panels, highlight the company's high quality standards. They are a reliable guide when it comes to selecting outstanding products which are impressive in terms of both their technology and their aesthetics. For example, the mixer and shower manufacturer from the Black Forest has won the “Red dot – Best of the Best Design Award” several times, as well as the “iF Gold Product Design Award” and, three years in a row, the “Designpreis der Bundesrepublik Deutschland” – Germany's most prestigious official design award, regarded as “the award of all awards”.
Hansgrohe is iF design leader in the sector
The “iF awards” from the International Forum Design (iF) are among the most important indicators of product and design quality. Hansgrohe SE is regularly among the winners of iF competitions. Since 2008 the independent institution has also produced a ranking table, indicating companies' level of success in the design competition for the “iF award”: Hansgrohe SE currently ranks 10th out of around 2,000 companies, beating top brands such as Apple, Daimler, Volkswagen or Adidas, and ranked number one in the sanitation sector.
Our designers are also at the top of their game
Top marks from North America to the Far East: for the Hansgrohe and Axor brands, this confirms that they are on a steady course – product innovation and design offer greater convenience and increase the significance of the bathroom. Hansgrohe SE's involvement with the crème de la crème of external creative minds was confirmed by the judging panel of the magazine “Euro” in 2009: four of the world's 25 best designers work with Hansgrohe and Axor. Phoenix Design are in 7th place in the current “iF ranking creative”. The design studio has long been shaping the Hansgrohe brand image and is the most successful German team of designers by far.
